best jerky I've had in years

I'm from Buffalo wild, so I tend to try "buffalo wing" flavored food, and your jerky blew me away. It was actually spicy, and had a texture similar to wings, which I loved. I tried it warmed up in the microwave for 45 seconds, and I'm not kidding when I say it felt like eating real wings without the mess.
