1. Do you ship outside the USA?
Currently, we are only able to ship to US addresses. We hope to expand our shipping capabilities to other countries in the near future. 


2. Is your jerky Halal, Kosher, and/or Gluten Free?

Our jerky is NOT Halal, NOT Kosher, but it is Gluten Free. Although all of our products do not carry the official Gluten Free designation, none of our products are made using gluten-containing ingredients. 

3. Do you accept returns?

We are happy to return/exchange any unopened products. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for opened products. 


4. My jerky has a problem, what do I do?

If there is a quality control issue, please reach out to hello@maxjerky.com and we will help take care of the problem! 


5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our orders are generally fulfilled within 1-2 business days. During busier times (such as holidays and sale periods), please expect orders to ship out within 3-4 days. We do our best to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. 


6. My order is incorrect.

 If your order has an issue, such as an incorrect item, please reach out to hello@maxjerky.com and we will help take care of this for you. 


7. Can I find MaxJerky in stores?

Currently, MaxJerky is primarily available online. We are in select, independent retailers, but we are not in any large national chains (Yet!). 


8. Can I buy MaxJerky Wholesale?
